The 2025 Medicare for All Strategy Conference will be IN PERSON this year in Rockledge, Florida (30 min from Orlando) on November 22 & 23, co-hosted by Healthcare NOW and Medicare for All Florida!
It's time to build The Healthcare Resistance. Join us for a weekend of plenaries, interactive workshops, strategy sessions, and opportunities to build community for Medicare for All supporters from across the country!
Conference registration includes:
Admission to all conference programming
Lunch on Saturday and Sunday
Cookout dinner on Saturday evening

Logistics:
We are unable to cover the cost of travel and lodging for attendees, but we will make every effort to make some lower-cost housing options available.
Discount tickets are available -- see sliding scale options below and choose the option you can afford.
Registration fees will be waved for On-Site Conference Logistics Team volunteers. Email conference@healthcare-now.org to volunteer!
Fundraising training will be available before the conference to assist attendees who need to crowdsource their costs for the event.
