Gainesville Medicare for All Resolution
On October 20, 2022, two Medicare for All Florida members spoke at the City of Gainesville City Commission Meeting. Gaby Gross and Candy Birch, also members of the Alachua County Labor Coalition, easily secured over 300 signatures from Gainesville residents asking their commissioners to approve a Medicare for All resolution at the city level. The City Commission voted unanimously to pass the resolution!
